Madison will come to your home or workplace and create a personalized class just for you. These individualized, specialized classes are tailored to your needs and will assist in calming your mind and working out all of the kinks.
A private yoga session will be a great fit for you if:
- You are a beginner and want to build a foundation of yoga
- You suffer from stress, anxiety, and/or depression
- You are not comfortable going to a group class at a studio
- You have limitations that make it difficult to maintain a consistent practice
- You are working through an injury or have chronic physical pain
- You are a seasoned yoga practitioner and want 1-on-1 training to grow in your practice and build up to more difficult poses
